Hospitual is an online medical consultation platform that connects patients with board-certified radiologists and pathologists from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia for expert second opinions.

What We Do

Hospitual enables patients to submit radiology imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, PET scans) and pathology specimens (biopsies, whole slide images, tissue blocks) for review by verified subspecialists. The entire process is asynchronous and online, patients upload their medical files, choose a specialist, and receive a detailed written report with findings and recommendations.

How It Works

  2. Upload your files — DICOM images, pathology slides, and documents go directly to encrypted cloud storage.
  3. Choose your specialist — browse doctors matched by subspecialty with transparent pricing in your local currency.
  4. Receive your report — a detailed written report with findings and recommendations. Your card is only charged when the doctor accepts.

Security & Privacy

Medical files upload directly to encrypted cloud storage via signed URLs and never pass through application servers. The platform uses role-based access controls and is designed with UK data protection principles (UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018) in mind.

Pricing

Doctors set their own consultation fees per modality. Patients see both the service fee and the platform fee upfront before committing. Hospitual supports multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD.
